FORMS GUARANTEE:

The law is not static. It can and does change frequently. 'Old' form documents may not result in the desired outcome. Accordingly, only form documents generated by our office and duly filed with the proper court within 30 days of receipt are warranteed as to form.

We will refund the entire cost that you pay for scrivener service(s) for the production of divorce documents (pro rata) if you provide us with file stamped copies of any different forms that you use to finalize your divorce in your state that are not included in the documents provided by our office, with the exclusion of and not to include those county forms that may be unique to your specific county and not generated by our office. Copies of such forms must contain the court's "filed" stamp and be provided to our office within 120 days of the initial filing date of the case.

By using the form documents provided, you are agreeing to the following: I understand and agree that ordering these forms in no way creates an attorney-client relationship; and that these forms are being provided me without legal advice.
